Position : Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Working Hours : Part time; 20 hours/week, Hawaiian Time
Salary: USD 600/month
Responsibilities
â—Ź Prepare and execute contracts, agreements, and leases
â—Ź Conduct research on properties and real estate market trends
â—Ź Help clients with their purchase or sale through listings, property showings, marketing materials, and coordination
â—Ź Liaise between clients, real estate agents, and law firms
â—Ź Coordinate with other personnel and staff to accomplish operational tasks
â—Ź Utilize software and technology to help organize client data and manage files
â—Ź Prepare and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis
â—Ź Manage short-term rentals using AirDNA
â—Ź Underwriting tasks
â—Ź Guest communication
â—Ź Revenue management using dynamic pricing services (e.g. Wheelhouse)
â—Ź Assist with bookkeeping tasks
â—Ź Handle and manage confidential information with discretion
â—Ź At least 2 years of experience as a real estate virtual assistant.
â—Ź Knowledge of real estate transactions and contracts, especially in US real estate.
â—Ź Short-term rental underwriting experience preferable
â—Ź Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
â—Ź Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack is a must.
â—Ź Proficiency in using Property Management Software such as Hospitable and Revenue Management Software such as Wheelhouse is a strong advantage.
â—Ź Should possess strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
â—Ź Should display strong attention to detail
â—Ź Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
