The Reports Analyst of Workforce Management plays a pivotal role in supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce data. This role involves generating, maintaining, and analyzing workforce reports, providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making across the organization's global operations.
As Reports Analyst of Workforce Management, You Will…
- Generate and maintain a suite of workforce management reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using various tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure that reports align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement in workforce planning and resource allocation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established reporting standards
- Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights derived from workforce data analysis, facilitating informed decision-making
- Assist in the development and implementation of reporting enhancements, automations, and process improvements to streamline reporting capabilities
- Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key workforce insights and potential areas for optimization
As Reports Analyst of Workforce Management, You Have…
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (relevant certifications in reporting tools or data analysis are advantageous)
- 1 years of experience in a similar role focused on workforce management reporting and analytics within a global business process environment
- Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and database management systems to extract, manipulate, and analyze workforce data
- Understanding and concept of Workforce Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, ensuring that reports and analyses are reliable and align with organizational objectives
- Effective communication skills to convey findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet reporting deadlines
- Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to create and maintain reports and dashboards is a plus
