The IT Service Management (ITSM) group within the Employee Enablement Solutions team (EES) at Visa is seeking a Service Manager with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously. The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. • Take ideas from the Notion page for Instagram reels and use ChatGPT and a prompt to create scripts. Clean those scripts up based on SOP. Paste the scripts generated into a Notion table so that I can review them at the end of the day.
• Then, once I’ve recorded the video, it would be great if they could follow an SOP to edit the video with Capcut. Tick off that this is done on the Notion table so I can review and make any extra edits and update the SOP to be more accurate.
• Then generate a caption for that Instagram video based on the SOP. Then I review the script on the Notion table.
• Then post the video to our Instagram account with the approved caption.

Instagram Posts Assistance:

• Similar to the above, take ideas from the Notion page to create a still-post design using Figma. Either they could make these graphics themselves using Figma or communicate the instructions with our contractor. Again, use a Notion table to indicate that the Figma design is ready for review.
