We're in search of a System Analyst with a solid background in IT Operations. This role is pivotal in providing support for our HR Technology applications. The perfect candidate would be adept at technical troubleshooting, possess excellent analytical skills, and be a creative problem solver.

Key Responsibilities: 

• As a member of the Operations team, you will help maintain internal and Vendor-managed applications to comply with our standards.

• Vendor Management.

• As an Application Owner, you will work with issue owners and relevant teams to address audit issues related to the systems and applications they own.

• Application Owners are responsible for ensuring all data privacy requirements are captured and up to date in the Data Privacy Tool.

• Application Owners are responsible for remediation of security vulnerabilities reported for the application within the specified time.

• Perform tasks as per IAM policies and procedures.

• Work with vendors and the Operational Resiliency team to complete service impact assessments and define recovery metrics for applications.

• Collaborate with the CMDB team to enhance data integrity.

• Maintain CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy. Monitor unauthorized CI changes.

• Report on noncompliance situations.

• Administer the tool for configuration and asset management.

This is a hybrid role. Hybrid employees can alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• The Tier 2 Analyst, HR Technology (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.

• Review highly impacted service level items for Key Account (CVS)
• Prepare and provide needed excel documents for CVS, which would include weekly updates and trends on impacted service level items. Is it a Cardinal issue or supplier driven issue causing these impacts to the customer.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts on certain action items that may be needed to improve the overall customer service level.
• Strives to understand others' opinions and build agreement among team members; utilizes others' ideas and suggestions to shape solutions.
• Customizes inventory strategies to ensure product availability, maximize in stocks and prevent stock outs.

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile accounts receivable, payables and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. •    Provides expert technical support on products throughout the customers Avid workflow, including editing, storage, asset management, cloud-based solutions, and news production

•    Creates and manages support cases in Avid’s case management system as appropriate
