• Put vendor invoices in the Project Management folder for approval.

• Reconcile AP between QuickBooks and Bill.com and vendor statements.
• Resolve vendor issues and unreconciled accounts.
• Bill out CI billing in the Project Manager’s folder.
• Reconcile credit card accounts.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO, with extensive experience in growth and middle-market companies.
