The Application Support Analyst role is responsible for second level support and maintenance of managed Datacom client applications through its lifecycle. The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.    

Responsibilities:

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.
• Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting.

• Prepare and send customer statements / billings, invoices, credit/debit memos, etc. and upload invoices in customer portals as required.

• Review of Customer Account for an Order Releasing Request / Order Backlog and provide comprehensive Waterfall Analysis.

• Support controls by coordinating and delivering documentation / information required by internal and external auditors. Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trail.

• Perform key periodic (month end close, quarter end close, year end etc.) business activities.

• Resolve most issues independently. Seek guidance on more complex issues. Utilize available tools / systems, creative problem solving and critical thinking to develop alternative solutions.

• Ensure that service level agreements (SLA's) and key performance metrics are achieved

The Actuarial Analyst is reponsbile for providing actuarial support to the business units, including but not limited to: rate indications, price monitoring, profitability studies, product development, database management, and strategic support to the business. In particular, this analyst will be responsible for supporting mainly Alternative Markets pricing but will be involved in other areas as well. Some actuarial experience, preferably in pricing, is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success with actuarial exams is also strongly required. This position will require:

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support, service, or help desk, and ideally within the financial industry.
• Prior experience in lending, particularly in a consumer-facing or phone-based capacity, with a preference for Australian mortgage lending.
• An exceptional communicator with outstanding customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Help Desk Ticket Management

• Supervise and oversee email and live chat communications.
• Handle a queue of support tickets with conflicting priorities.
• Investigate, address, or prioritize tickets using outbound calls, emails, or chats.
• Elevate tickets to the appropriate internal team or third-party partner with all relevant details when necessary.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing issues in a consistent and timely manner following SLAs.
