What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an L3 Support Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure for various platforms such as Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Strong fundamental understanding of enterprise technologies and infrastructure including Networking, Servers & Storage, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider industry is highly preferable.
• Experience and knowledge of wireless concepts, switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, and the interaction between hardware, networks, data centers, and application software.

Nice to Have:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles and methodologies.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to log and account for billable/utilized time and work across multiple high-level incidents by prioritizing tasks based on impact and current state.
• Provide clients with timely updates, resolutions within SLAs.

What will you do?

• Manage infrastructure security such as firewall, endpoint protection, email protection, network security, identity, group policies, mobile device management, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure environment on-premises and in the cloud.
• Manage and monitor remote access into to the college environment whether on-premises or in the cloud.
• Working with some great engineers on multiple clients/projects using the latest technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365 and only a small subset of legacy items such as vmware.
• Manage and support over 3000+ devices nationally.

Skills Required:

• Good technical knowledge and skillset of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, JAVA. Basic/Intermediate UNIX
• On the ground / in the field WMS experience and Operations
• Has configured BY/JDA/RP Dispatcher (if BY/JDA/RP Discreet experience) NOTE: JDA is now known as Blue Yonder
• Hardware/RF exposure in the field
• Experience with designing Labels/Packing list/Invoices etc.
• Experience with WMS Support / Testing and experience with analysing and writing reports in SQL (SSRS)
• Experience with Application Support Systems (Zendesk, ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Ability to communicate and articulate clearly over the phone with Clients/Customers
• Responsive and driven to end task resolution
