As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's digital systems hosted on the cloud. Implements, install, and configure cloud resources, operating systems, web applications, security access and cloud related systems. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that cloud resources, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and resources
• Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based systems
• Implement security measures to protect data and systems
• Manage user access and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud-based solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Good technical knowledge and skillset of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, JAVA. Basic/Intermediate UNIX
• On the ground / in the field WMS experience and Operations
• Has configured BY/JDA/RP Dispatcher (if BY/JDA/RP Discreet experience) NOTE: JDA is now known as Blue Yonder
• Hardware/RF exposure in the field
• Experience with designing Labels/Packing list/Invoices etc.
• Experience with WMS Support / Testing and experience with analysing and writing reports in SQL (SSRS)
• Experience with Application Support Systems (Zendesk, ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho etc.)
