About the team:

About the team:

Job Summary

About the team:

As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. This is an exciting position that will have you interacting with different lines of business across the company, and across different areas of financial services.

What you will be doing:

• Providing general project support and status updates for ongoing initiatives

• Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud

• Manage new tenant creation requests

• Supporting the release cycle by performing basic feature validation to confirm things are set up correctly

• Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities

• Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities

• Troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console

As a Quality Assurance Analyst your goals are, to conduct services like Functional Testing, Load Testing, Manual Testing, Unit Testing, Security Testing, and Deployment Testing and to ensure that the team you are working with are always thinking about quality while working on our customers goals.
