Who you are   

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Engineer to lead the charge in designing and developing our Mango Design System (Mango DS). In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in connecting the worlds of design and development, crafting reusable UI components that ensure a seamless and consistent experience across our platform. This position is a harmonious blend of UX design expertise and front-end development expertise, as you'll work hand-in-hand with both designers and engineers to nurture and enhance the design system.

What you will do   

• Take charge of creating, developing, and managing the Mango Design System to guarantee a seamless user experience across our entire product lineup.

Scope of Role

As a Support Engineer, you will:

This role will require you to work a rotating 24/7 schedule and be part of an on-call support system, ensuring that Cubic’s services are operational and performing at high standards around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and proactively identifying potential issues across Cubic's global connectivity platform.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network issues, particularly related to SS7, Diameter, S6a signalling, VoLTE, SMS, CS voice, and network attach/data session problems during roaming.
• Collaborate with internal teams, MNO partners, and vendors to escalate complex issues, provide logs, traces, and collaborate on fixes for signalling or session-related problems.

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer & Open Source Contributor to join our Open Source Program Office (OSPO) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer eager to learn and grow in the open source community. You will work closely with other developers to acquire new skills, contribute to open source projects, and become a successful open source contributor.   Your technical expertise in Python, Golang, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and related technologies will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our open source projects and products.
