• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, reduce bounce rates, and increase conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization.
• Review Collection and Optimization: Determine how best to implement and drive the collection of reviews from Amazon and Walmart customers.

● Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBA

● Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central

● Minimum 5 years of experience with Walmart Marketplace / Walmart WFS

● 3 - 4 years or more experience with Graphic Design for product listings

● Strong understanding and management of flat files for Amazon and Walmart

● Expertise in structuring and optimizing advertising for a multi-category business

● Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven

optimizations

● Fluent in English and EXCELLENT Communication and Follow-up Skills

● Experience in working in the Home Decor / Home Improvement e-commerce

industry is a big plus
