As a Talent Assessor, you will evaluate and assess the candidate pool for a designated functional area of the client’s organization with the aim of achieving high quality and timely filling of roles.  Using the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will work closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage those roles with high volume response.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Review applicants that apply to the client’s ATS for specified positions.
• Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Follow defined phone screen templates for designated roles and qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role. 

• Develop an effective compelling story to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates.
• Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location.
• Update the candidate’s details and status in the client’s ATS in a timely and accurate manner following the defined process steps.

• Responsible for verifying and posting charges, include working denials and rejections.
• Manage enrollment, management, claim submission, and payment posting of patient assistance programs.
• Responsible for posting and monitoring payments from patients and third-party payers.
• Research and correct all insurance denials.
• Verify and obtain required pre-certifications, pre-authorization, pre-determinations or other required notifications from third-party payers.

Position : Ads Specialist

Working Hours : 40 hours per week CST
Salary Range : $900-$1500

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Funnel Development and Optimization:
  - Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels across paid search, social and programmatic campaign management to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align funnel strategies with overall marketing and sales objectives.
• Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic Campaign Management:
  - Develop and execute paid search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads-Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• - Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Implement and oversee A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements of the funnel.
• Work closely with the design and development teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates

• Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on funnel performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize data analysis to measure the impact of paid campaigns on lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.

• Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Hubspot

Key Responsibility:

• Set the KPI’s for traffic, sales, and profit per product.
• Create a dashboard that allows any member of the team to quickly analyze whether a product is performing poorly, average, or great.
• Analyze the Daily Sales Tracker, 7 day trend, GAP Analysis, Keyword Rank Tracker, Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer and any other tools/datasets related to the performance of products live on the Amazon platform.
• Create clear and achievable action plans for increasing revenue and profit per SKU based on the data observed.
• Intimately understand the performance goals of each product
• Maintain a dashboard/scorecard for all products live on the Amazon platform that clearly outlines the success or failure of a product
• Work closely with the PPC Manager during product launches and provide them with the necessary data needed to make optimal changes to the PPC Strategy
• Determine when a product should be discontinued and that capital be reinvested into other products
• Update products on Amazon via flat file and/or the Edit Inventory page with the necessary changes to boost SKU performance
• Liaise with the Brand Management team to deliver potential action plans for the upcoming week/month/quarter.
• Create design briefs for listing copy that is best fit for the product based upon your research of other successful products.
• Create design briefs for graphics/photography that is best fit for the product based upon your research of other successful products.
• Maintain internal processes/SOPs/systems that can be duplicated when additional SKU Optimization Specialists are needed
• Work with other SKU Optimization Specialists as applicable

• Must be detail oriented and analytical with proven performance marketing/ conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience and results.
• A keen understanding of all datapoints pertaining to SKU performance and how to determine what actions can be taken to improve those metrics
• Highly organized
• Ability to create excel reports/templates/pivot tables
• Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
• Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Excel, Google, Office, Loom.
