What does the Senior Data & Analytics BI Development Specialist opportunity look like for you?

You will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of interactive client, investor and operational team facing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and other visual analytics tools. The role is responsible for delivering a strong candidate flow to meet company requisitions, supporting the development of recruitment plans and strategies, and performing talent acquisition activities in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. The role will primarily focus on positions within the ANZ regions

• Perform talent acquisition activities for the assigned region, including managing simple to complex requisitions, while maintaining a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
• Leverage talent acquisition expertise to maintain the TA lifecycle and develop a strong and healthy candidate pipeline.
• Perform data gathering activities and develop relevant market scans and talent maps for recruitment strategy planning.
• Provide key updates to operations stakeholders on requisition status, timelines, and projects/hiring plans as needed. Leverage stakeholder feedback and other resources to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and increase productivity.
• Participate in recruitment meetings with recruitment partners to identify requisition requirements, and support in creating sourcing strategies in alignment with company standards and practices.
• Maintain recruitment data and perform data management activities to ensure the accuracy of information in the company’s applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters), supporting reporting needs.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Turn raw assets into finished creative content, including ads, web videos, and tutorials.
• Take creative concepts and bring them to life through the editing process, which includes choosing raw assets, trimming and sequencing, adding music and dialogue, and converting content to specific aspect ratios.
• Must be highly creative and have the ability to execute projects with limited guidance.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor
• Portfolio showcasing your editing work (required)
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and bring creative concepts to life.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• Experience in the beauty and wellness products industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest in job opportunities.

This role will primarily be responsible for maintaining account reconciliations which includes preparation and analysis of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Perform moderately complex balance sheet account reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and review of account reconciliations.
• Timely and accurate reporting of reconciling items for correction and adjustments prior to filing SEC reports.
• Timely and accurate reporting of aged reconciliation variances to assist with corrections in the general ledger.
• Analyze data to resolve reconciling items and variances and to address queries on accounts movements.
• Ensure reconciliations are prepared and reviewed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal policies, audit procedures and regulations.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
