What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 5 years application configuration experience – ideally with Retail Industry exposure
• At least 2 years of experience in configuring Salesforce
• Salesforce Development/Administration
• Various IT systems being supported e.g. Salesforce, Sprinklr, Websites, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• IT Project experience across several technologies
• Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills

What will you do?

Job Summary:

The Support Analyst position exists as part of the IT team and is responsible for the delivery of functional IT application enhancements and support. The deliverables of this role are used by team members and all internal business functions to drive sales and operate effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement IT changes in line with Officeworks strategic objectives
• Liaison with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to determine requirements, design technical solutions and implement changes.
• Lead functional designs for new and existing IT application changes
• Manage and implement small to medium IT application enhancements/projects
• Resolution of incidents and problems in line with IT SLAs
• Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members
• Produce and maintain standards for technical designs and program specifications
• Maintain awareness of industry leading IT approaches

We are looking for a Legal Admin Support to work with our AU client and the team in Cebu.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to legal and administrative staff within an Australian national firm and assisting in financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handles reception, answering of phone calls and email inquiries
• Provide administrative support to lawyers
• Assist in drafting, and reviewing documents and correspondence
• Assist in managing and organizing files/data
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external clients
• Assist in data entry through Accounting Systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Legal Studies, or related experience.
• Experience as a legal assistant, paralegal admin, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
