Position Description
As the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, you will be the right hand and strategic partner to our company's visionary leader. This role demands a master of all things related to executive assistance, requiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly navigate the demands of a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar Management:
·  Plan, coordinate, and manage the CEO's complex schedule with precision.
·  Anticipate and prioritize appointments, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized for maximum efficiency.
·  Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.

 Meeting Coordination and Preparation:
·  Arrange, prepare materials for, and attend key meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-briefed and supported.
·  Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
·  Draft meeting agendas and follow-up on action items.
Communication Hub:
·  Act as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
·  Handle and filter emails, calls, and requests, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
·  Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports.
Travel Arrangements:
·  Organize complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
·  Provide detailed travel briefs, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
·  Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
·  Develop a deep understanding of the CEO's preferences and work style.
Task Prioritization and Project Management:
·  Prioritize tasks, deadlines, and projects in alignment with company goals.
·  Ensure the CEO remains focused on strategic objectives by efficiently managing day-to-day tasks.
Gatekeeping:
·  Serve as a gatekeeper, screening and redirecting inquiries to appropriate parties.
·  Manage access to the CEO, controlling the flow of information.
Continuous Improvement:
·  Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the CEO's workflow.
·  Recommend and implement process improvements.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced tech environment.

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
·  Proficiency in office software and tech tools.
·  Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
·  Bachelor's degree preferred.
