Position : Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Work Hours : M-F, 8PM to 5AM Ph time for the first 3 months, then Dubai/Middle East timezone after)
Pay Range : 800 - 1500 USD per month
Your Role in a Snapshot
As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) covering our primary market segment (i.e. the mid-markets), you will be an essential part of our growth in the Middle East, Singapore and Australia.
You'll work closely with our founding team, as well as our content and product teams. If you have a track record in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to build a robust sales pipeline, we're looking for you. What You'll Do
As our Mid-market SDR, your responsibility for the Middle East, Singapore and Australia markets is to:
· Identify and prospect new mid-market business opportunities.
· Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring all sales activities are accurately documented and tracked in our CRM.
· Assist in driving deals to close and have the opportunity to gain some closing experience.
· Collect feedback from customers to help our product team make improvements.
· Be a customer champion—advocate for their needs and ensure they are met.
What You'll Need
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup (note: the role is a junior level role and the salaries are benchmarked for 2 - 4 years of relevant experience)
· Proven track record of booking high volumes of quality meetings and surpassing quotas
· Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Ambition to evolve into a closing sales role
What Will Make You Stand Out
· Previous experience sourcing deals, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space
· Experience with a similar product or industry, particularly contract management or legal tech solutions
· Established network of potential clients in our target markets (Middle East, Singapore and Australia)
· Experience using social selling techniques on platforms, especially on LinkedIn
