With our mission to provide the world’s most secure payment method, we need Technical Business Analysts who’ll be willing to take the company to the next level! As a sneak peak of behind the scenes, you will:
- Play a crucial role in driving Escrow.com’s relationship and integration with different companies worldwide.
- Be involved in technical discovery discussions with potential clients, and provide them an overview of how integrations with Escrow.com work.
- Serve as the main point of contact regarding technical concerns on Escrow.com’s APIs, webhooks, and other integration products.
- Review the needs and requirements of clients, and recommend APIs, or integration products that would best suit them.
- Provide guidance for ongoing client integrations, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Make updates to Escrow.com’s API when necessary, including bug fixes or implementing new APIs for integrations.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong knowledge on API design principles and web technologies (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools as well as using design tools such as Figma or Moqups.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Kibana, Grafana, etc)
- Knowledge on Javascript, CSS, HTML and other programming languages.
