What you'll be doing:

Overall Engagement Marketing Execution

1) Assists in monitoring the brand’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) and campaigns.

• Creates copy and assets for the social media calendar.
• Monitors social media & influencer campaigns and flags issues that may come up.
• Engages with audience and community members via comments and direct messages.

2) Assists in the brand and products’ online reputation.

4) Monitors and keeps up with marketing and competitor trends, topics, articles, and news to be shared as learnings within the team or to the brand’s social communities.

5) Helps in managing all our SM channels and review sites.

6) Documents processes, strategies, and campaigns for internal and external reference.

7) Delivers high-quality results on projects of low complexity; output meets and/or exceeds established timelines.

Email Marketing Execution & Analysis

• Assists in the development and management of email marketing initiatives. 
• Helps manage and execute email campaigns.
• Updates creative briefs for asset requests and monitors JIRA tickets.
• Conducts email proofing to check all email campaigns and flows are precise and flawless prior to deployment.
• Assists in performance tracking and reporting for stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Assists in launching email campaigns and influencer vetting.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels such as Social Media, Content, Influencer, or Email List any desired skill set. 
• Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Location: The Engagement Marketing Analyst (Contractual) position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only. Additionally, our corporate offices are based in Northern California with a Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ) in the Philippines. About the team:

About the team:

• Customer Onboarding: Welcome new users and provide them with the necessary resources and guidance to get started with their app. Eventually, this will include 1:1 video sessions with new customers.

2. Documenting and improving the customer success experience

• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the company. Gather user feedback on product features, user experience, and service satisfaction to inform product development and improve customer service practices.

Qualifications:

As a Performance Incentive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing incentive programs within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive structures and propose enhancements to drive desired behaviors and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Human Resources, Finance, and Sales, to ensure that incentive programs align with business objectives while motivating employees to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of performance data to assess the efficacy of incentive programs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance the impact of incentives on employee motivation and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop incentive programs tailored to different roles, departments, and organizational goals.
• Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast the costs and potential returns of incentive programs.

The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for working and liaising with AGS Program Office (PO) Teams to successfully sustain and evolve the technologies critical to the success of AGS client programs. This position includes developing a strong partnership, expertise, and oversight with specific Technology Partners, to ensure they strive for world class service and remain committed to continuous improvement in their products and services to help AGS achieve both short-term and long-term Client business objectives.

This position will be recognized as the technical subject matter expert for the specific technology. Analyze reoccurring technology incidents and identify areas of operational efficiencies for program improvements and growth to provide strategic consultation or resolution to AGS PO, Clients, and Technology Partners. This role is an AGS Technology Operations strategic position meant to drive significant improvements in PO processes, technologies, operations, efficiencies, and profitability. 

Responsibilities

• Support new user administration, including internal and external user provisioning
• Maintain internal and external process documentation to support user provisioning
• Support user security updates, including user role permissions and Identity management
• Understand the business operations, goals, and strategies of all POs for their assigned VMS technology and contribute to their success.
• Works closely with Technology Partners to align and lead them toward AGS Client objectives, account goals, and priorities.
• Acts as the escalation point for the POs about the VMS technology.
