The BSA performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.

• Leads the end-to-end/integration testing, assists DPM in planning of the test effort. Collaborates with the business users/SMEs/stakeholders on the use cases and test cases.
  • BSA III should work to remove blockers, assign owners with due dates to items blocking E2E, give target completion dates to QA for specific scenarios, etc.

As an ESG Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by analyzing and entering risk incidents from NGOs, the internet, print and other media into the RepRisk ESG Risk Platform. RepRisk facilitates the identification and assessment of environmental, social and corporate governance issues which may present financial, reputational and ethical risks. It is used by investment professionals, financial institutions, supply chain managers, multinational corporations and compliance managers. The RepRisk ESG Risk Platform plays an integral role in increasing transparency and ensuring compliance with internal and international standards, thereby helping reduce risk exposure. 

• Identifying and assessing risk incidents related to environmental, social and corporate governance issues 

• Entering newly criticized companies, projects, etc. into the RepRisk® database

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

• Produce drafts of the Requirements documents, lead/manage the review of those documents with the client, achieve approval and signoff of the Requirements documents

• Lead the Analysis and Design stage, arrange and lead any communication, meetings, and workshops for this stage
• Work closely with the Technical Lead, ensuring they have sufficient understanding of the functional requirements to design the System Architecture.

• Work closely with the Test Analysts, ensure they are also kept updated, and especially made aware of scope changes, project issues, and risks
• Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during the Development and Testing stages, in relation to specification questions and ambiguities, communicating with clients wherever necessary

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with information security and risk management frameworks
• Familiarity with presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Develop, publish, and maintain information security policies and standards.
• Address audit deficiencies and organize risk treatment activities, reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate internal/external audits and compliance activities (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO27001) efficiently.
• Prepare reports on risk assessment findings, cyber security metrics, and best practice recommendations.
• Stay updated on legislative changes in third-party risk management and data security, communicating to the organization.
• Continuously review and seek improvement in third-party risk management and GRC activities.
• Perform other GRC-related tasks as requested.
