Responsibilities:

Ensure necessary changes and enhancements are implemented and documented as per product standards and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a software project team.
• Experience in working with team members in different time zones and locations
• Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for capital projects, involving system development, integration, and implementation
• Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management, and people management, having worked with technical teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from a solution development perspective
• Hands-on experience on project management tools like TFS or JIRA
• At least 3+ years of experience in project management for software development projects
• Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements
• Experience in design and development of SaaS solutions for the web and native mobile apps
• Knowledgeable about both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools
• Understands application programming, database, and system design especially for software solution delivery

Opportunity phase 

• Support opportunity entry and updating in company’s opportunity tracking system.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and valuation studies for use in the development of financial and operational business decisions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
1. Ensures thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial analysis and reportorial requirements preparation for one or more divisions of the Food Group. These reports include but are not limited to the following:

• Work closely with the Technical Lead and Architects, ensure they are kept updated, and especially made aware of scope changes, project issues, and risks
• Provide team with business experience, advice on industry best practices, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

• Produce drafts of the Requirements documents, lead/manage the review of those documents with the client, achieve approval and signoff of the Requirements documents

• Lead the Analysis and Design stage, arrange and lead any communication, meetings, and workshops for this stage
• Work closely with the Technical Lead, ensuring they have sufficient understanding of the functional requirements to design the System Architecture.

• Work closely with the Test Analysts, ensure they are also kept updated, and especially made aware of scope changes, project issues, and risks
• Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during the Development and Testing stages, in relation to specification questions and ambiguities, communicating with clients wherever necessary

As a Technical Animator, your role is to be the bridge between Animator and Gameplay Programmers. You will own the technical aspects of the gameplay animation production, including ensuring that we use the best techniques and practices available in the industry while meeting delivery requirements, collaborating with the Animation team, Gameplay programmers and Tech Animators from other Ubisoft studios.

You will support, plan and execute building realization systems, debugging issues and ensuring we adopt the best practices while maintaining the quality of the realizations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the integration of animations in the game engine.
• Validate animations to adhere to technical restrictions.
• Creation of animation state machines in the game engine.
• Create, maintain, test, and debug animation tools and pipelines.
• Create rigs and skinning for simple props and integrate into game engine.
• Collaborate with various job families to build compelling gameplay animation systems as the go to person for all tech animation questions and needs.
• Adapt and maintain animation pipeline to be used in production in accordance with the project's technical constraints. Understands all areas of the pipeline and can track tasks and problems for all phases of production.
• Follows technical directives and delivers technical support to the team, thereby helping to solve bugs.

Project Management

• Ensures tasks, milestones, timelines, resources, and other details are clearly communicated to the business owners
• Prepares and submits regular status reports to relevant stakeholders, indicating tasks completed, risk assessment, issues encountered and other items requiring management action
