Scope of Work:

Appointment Setters play a pivotal role in handling diverse customer issues within specific client assignments, primarily centered around patient scheduling transactions. Their core responsibilities encompass telephone interactions with patients, meticulous documentation of these interactions, and fostering effective collaboration with patients and providers to enhance patient care quality.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.
• Accurately gather and input demographic information into electronic medical records.
• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information, aiming to deliver patient-centric service and uphold a positive organizational image.
• Advocate for and adapt to improvements in call flow processes and communication protocols.
• Propose enhancements and actively engage in initiatives to elevate service standards.
• Achieve and surpass set call volume targets.
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) policies and Sequence Health regulations.
• Route calls to relevant departments as necessary.
• Exercise sound judgment in handling calls, particularly in situations involving upset patients.
• Recognize appropriate instances for escalating calls to physicians, practice managers, or triage nurses.
• Assist with reminder and rescheduling calls as required.
• Support callbacks and additional projects as call volumes allow.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

• Preferred minimum of 2 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and positive approach to collaboration, particularly in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) and internet usage.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask under time constraints.
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience in managing customer-focused accounts.
• Proven track record in fostering a service-oriented team culture.
• At least 2 year of prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related field
• Willing to work on a nights shift schedule (11:00pm - 7:30am Manila Time)
• Willing to work onsite (Clark Global City)

As a Customer Success Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional help desk support to our valued customers, who are primarily accountants & bookkeepers using our software. This is an offshore position, allowing you to work remotely and support our global customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Desk Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) regarding software functionality, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our software. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
• Training and Support Content: Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower customers to effectively use our software. Create engaging and informative content to enhance customer understanding and adoption of our products.
• Automated Communications: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to automate communication workflows, ensuring customers receive timely updates, product announcements, and relevant information. Continuously improve and optimize automated communication processes.
• Quality Assurance: Regular testing of the Aider product to ensure data accuracy, user experience, and functionality is of the highest standard

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Accounting and bookkeeping qualification and experience is essential
• Familiarity with accounting software used by accountants is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using help desk software, CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and automate communications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for customer success.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

As a Data Engineer you will play a key role on our Data & Analytics team. • Develops and maintains data pipelines including solutions for data collection, transformation, aggregation, management, metadata, and usage leading to performant and easy to use data models.
• Works with the team to document data lineage and overall data flow architecture that ease consumption of our data assets. 
• Work collaboratively as part of an Agile centralized team to support cross-functional analysts, data scientists, and end users to access the data they need to make informed business decisions 
• Breaks down work into estimable pieces and delivers accurate and consistent difficulty estimates 
• Participates in full SDLC for our data engineering solutions – requirements, development, testing and training and support 
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, plans and execute projects, and communicate status, risks and issues 
• Analyzing large datasets to identify gaps and inconsistencies, provide data insights, and advance continuous improvement in the quality of our data assets 
• Act as in house data expert and make recommendations regarding standards for code quality and data pipeline performance 

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any quantitative filed required. 
• Experience: 4+ years of expertise in implementing ETL pipelines and data best practices. 
• Experience with writing IAC. Cloud Formation or Terraform.  
• Experience in the following tools/languages is preferred: C#, Qlik, Infor Birst, Infor Datalake 
• Experience or Certification with cloud technologies preferred (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
