The Product Support Engineering (PSE) team is a Tier 3 Customer Support team tasked with supporting merchants using all CyberSource products and services. This role will have a focused emphasis on Integrated Commerce and Card Present payment solutions and is based in Philippines. Candidates are expected to handle escalated case tickets, work with other teams inside and outside the Support organization, provide product training, and interface with customers on an as-needed basis.

The Analyst, Technical Solutions - Acceptance position is an individual contributor role responsible for providing technical expertise, product consultation and problem resolution. What you will do:

The primary responsibility is engineering work on Building Management System (BMS) projects detailed as per country specific standards. You will design, support systems installation, perform programming, commissioning, troubleshooting of complex building controls systems for customer. Design of such includes creating controls strategy, sequence of operation, bill of materials, schematics etc. Programming includes testing and debugging BMS software, UI graphics development, basic 3rd party systems integrations (ModBus, BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP), using JCI proprietary software tools along with SQL management. The internship missions

Working within the operations team of our consumer goods QC inspections business, the intern will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our processes aiming at operational excellence and offering cutting-edge solutions for better quality control in the supply chains of our clients.

• Provide technical support on the ground for the inspections: perform product inspections in the factories, train the inspectors, optimize the organization in the factories.
• Perform internal audits to ensure that the inspection SOP is well applied by the inspectors and that the client’s inspections requirements are well integrated and followed.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities: inspections physical and IT tools, AI technologies, inspection protocols, training, data management and analysis, monitoring tools…

The Authorize.net Technical Solutions Analyst acts as the main technical liaison to Authorize.net’s key designated clients, providing phone, email, knowledge base & online ticket support.  The Analyst is responsible for owning the ongoing support needs of top merchants and top resellers, and will ensure payment processing, service configurations and payment implementations are functioning optimally, while fostering positive client relationships and interactions along the way.
