The Global Integrity Client Experience (CX) team provides support to Treasury/Finance clients to assist them with the day to day management of the our Treasury platform called, Integrity.

What you will be doing:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.

• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries via email

• Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

• Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.

• Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

What you will need:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working on Application Support roles for Treasury Management System.

• Extensive background with Treasury process (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office.

• Must have Bachelor's degree minimum requirement for education. Background on Business Administration, Financial Management, Computer Science is preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

• Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Generates and capitalizes on new sales opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility.
