• Assisting customers with the activation and setup of their product and services
• Validation of the customer’s entitlement for support (e.g. a client’s customer, account is current, level of support service entitlement)
• Logging all customer incidents upon receipt into the approved case management system;
• Providing support to customers by:
• Providing a timely and clear indication of the nature of the incident,
• Communicating what steps will be taken to attempt to resolve the incident,
• Setting the customer’s expectation on what the estimated time to resolve the issue is,
• Providing any potential short-term alternatives or workarounds to the customer,

• Resolving customer incidents wherever possible; and
• Escalating customer incidents to Tier 2, where not able to be resolved by Tier 1

What you'll bring

The Production Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the America’s Production Design Team through the creation of production design deliverables. The role will report directly to a Manila-based Production Design Supervisor and will utilize branded templates to create, manage, and edit high-quality production design materials in support of new and existing business opportunities. Production Design Specialists will coordinate with their Supervisor to ensure the timely completion of requests that align with brand standards.

The Application Support Lead is accountable in ensuring that the support and maintenance support services are delivered in accordance to agreed SLAs  run like a factory. In order to create additional value for our customers and increase our internal profitability, the Application Support Lead will be responsible in improving and innovating the processes and implement/maintain new support technologies. Customer-centric, end-to-end oriented service mindset (from the end user until the supplier) and pro-activeness are the fundamental building blocks to achieve the goals.
