• Knowledge Base Management: Tech Hub Engineers must be able to contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues. This helps to reduce the number of tickets that are escalated and provides a reference for other technicians who may encounter similar issues.

The QA Engineer executes manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios for repeated execution. Using different automation tools, the QA Engineer will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

Job Responsibilities

The position is responsible for operational support and management for operating system patching activities covering the Arch Reinsurance Segment user workstation landscape. • Focus on implementing tools/processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams and guiding development and documenting standards for use by the organization.
