• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications.

• Need strong programming background using either Java or Javascript/Typescript.
• With wide exposure to designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks, preferably Playwright and Selenium

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing remote IT support to the XP Asia (AP) business. Their duties will include a wide range of tasks such as hardware and software configuration, fault finding, and repair, as well as undertaking individual projects to meet the specific needs of the business. Additionally, this position will assist with level I support tickets for AP during Singapore (SGT) business hours and collaborate with the entire APIT team to ensure timely resolution of lower-level tickets, with a focus on the Asian Offices, though some overlap with the respective US and EU IT roles will be expected.

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. You’ll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.

As IQ-EQ Bid Support, you will be an organised, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Proposal development and management:

• Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.
• Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts across the organization to validate and gather new responses
• Champion internal proposal timelines, collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
• Contribute to the maintenance of the bid database by enhancing existing content, sourcing new content and remaining up to date with database produce developments

Client engagement and relationship building:

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather expertise and ensure a unified winning approach
