Department Overview ā Group Commercial
The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ. Group Commercial is the department responsible for the retention of our existing client base in coordination with the rest of the Group, and responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of IQ-EQ.
One of our key objectives is to grow our profitable portfolio of clients, manage the existing relationship, building long-term relationships, and to ensure the full satisfaction with the services received from IQ-EQ.
Department Overview ā Sales Operations & Enablement
Sales Operations is responsible for:
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial activity across the broader team
- Increase sales effectiveness and productivity by providing centralized content deliver business productivity and efficiencies of day-to-day processes
- To embed global disciplines & consistencies
- Delivery of first-class proposals / RFPs
- Management, maintenance, and reporting of GSS Commercial budgets
- Management of regular and ad hoc Sales Operations Communications
- Data intelligence and reporting to drive sales and management MI
- Identify Risks to plan and remediation planning and execution
About the Role:
An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. Youāll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.
As IQ-EQ Bid Support, you will be an organised, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. You'll be the glue that holds our bid process together, assisting with research, data gathering, document formatting, and logistics. Your skills and dedication will be instrumental in securing new business.
Role & Responsibilities
Proposal development and management:
- Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.
- Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts across the organization to validate and gather new responses
- Champion internal proposal timelines, collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
- Contribute to the maintenance of the bid database by enhancing existing content, sourcing new content and remaining up to date with database produce developments
Client engagement and relationship building:
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather expertise and ensure a unified winning approach
- Present proposals for clients with confidence and professionalism, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively
- Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine proposal processes and continuously improve proposal success rates
Communication and collaboration:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal development process.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure proposals are comprehensive and integrated.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence within the proposal team.
