Shift Assignment: Night Shift

The Senior Systems Engineer will be part of a remote team responsible for building and maintaining Arch's IT infrastructure as we move from private data centers to the hybrid cloud. The engineer will build, deploy or fine-tune Microsoft Azure and AWS services for internal customers around the globe. The engineer will also build, deploy and maintain compute and storage platforms in our on-premise data centers.

• Build and maintain systems infrastructure in the private data center and public cloud.
• Migrate services from private data centers to public cloud.
• Design and implement a variety of Azure-based solutions using cloud automation
frameworks (Terraform, GitHub) and manually.
• Responsible for compute, storage, and data protection platforms in multiple data centers.
• Automation of system processes, day-to-day tasks, and customer requests.
• Patch storage and compute systems for stability and increased security.

Position Description

The Client Care Support Associate will be part of our Client Services team within the Global Contact Center organization and will be responsible for supporting financial institutions and partners with our Visa Direct Products. As a Client Care Support Associate you will be working with external clients and banks along with internal Technical Solutions, Compliance, Treasury, Product and Technical teams regarding issue management and support for Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct Products/Services.

Specific Responsibilities will include

• Provide service to clients via phone calls and online support cases that are advanced and escalated (Level 2 support)

• Investigate and research issues, gather additional information as needed, to successfully resolve or re-route the issue. Determine which issues need escalation or routing to other internal teams

The Global Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. This position includes developing a strong partnership with all internal AGS teams and conducting tactical support on day-to-day technology related work efforts.

This role will provide superior customer service, timely record keeping of technology related incidents and service requests while offering a convenient central point of contact for AGS Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Document, submit and/or monitor inquiry, incident and low complexity service request case tickets to the Technology Operations team and Partners via Salesforce.com
• Ensure all information and attachments relevant to the case are received prior to escalation
• Track new technology issues, updates and resolutions through Salesforce
• Data clean of current cases within Customer Relationship Management Tool to ensure accurate data in dashboards and reports
• Create weekly technology status reports for the AGS Technology Analysts when required
• Create, update and maintain all AGS Technology Operations support documentation
• Regular review of solutions rejected by PMO to ensure relevant QRG’s are created and catalogued
• Capturing and reporting out on technology SLAs and other defined metrics for continuous improvements.

Including but not limited to operational projects of migration and optimization of databases on prem as well as on the cloud.
