The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to both external and internal customers during escalated inquiries. This role involves managing customer interactions regarding products, services, and policies while ensuring compliance with internal processes and upholding the highest standards of customer service for DGL.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies through the toll-free line or email.
• Act as a point of contact (POC) to address policy, product, and processing questions from internal and external customers.
2. Training and Coaching

3. Complaint Resolution

As a Facilities Engineer III, you will manage the entire electrical system operation of the plant, drive operational efficiency improvements, and implement sustainable cost reduction initiatives. The QA Engineer executes manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios for repeated execution. Using different automation tools, the QA Engineer will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

• Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to document and plan test cases for regression, Integration, and automation test plans and test cases.

• Supervise and develop Team Captains through guidance, observation, and performance management activities. 
• As needed, joins the Team Captain on calls with the Client, team huddles or coaching sessions to stay up to date with all Client and team developments. 
• This also provides an opportunity to observe the Team Captain’s presentation, Client communication and coaching skills. 
• Taking steps to ensure learning and growth through development plans and, when necessary, progressive counseling.

Sales Geographical Territory:

The Customer Care Support will be part of our extraordinary Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting card holders’ needs on a variety of Visa products via inbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. We look for individuals who enjoy working in an environment that is as fun as it is challenging and can ensure that our customers receive world-class service. This position is located in Pasay, NCR, Philippines.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance by showing up for work as scheduled with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Respond to incoming customer requests quickly, proficiently, and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.
• Actively listen and probe to figure out nature of each call and determine the appropriate actions to complete the call.
• Multi-task across several computer programs to respond to customer inquiries.
• Utilize all tools to properly support, action and document all related questions and needs.
• Accurately update and maintain cardholder data in appropriate databases.
• Collaborate with peers to help cardholders, provide thought-leadership, and inspire both customers and peers in a diverse business environment.
• Compliance to Key Control and other policies, including maintaining confidentiality in our secure environment.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
