About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application for our Trading Application FIS Trading Suite (formerly Valdi).

About the team:

You will be part of APAC Regional CX Team supporting clients under Trading who are using FIS Proprietary platform. The team is distributed strategically across APAC to cover countries in the region.

Join our team as a Tier-1 Player Support Representative. You will be part of a team providing chat and email support for gamers by maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards players and delivering high level of experience.

In this part-time role, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts or time based on your availability.

Service Duration: The service shall span a period of six months.

Pre-project Training: You shall undergo a paid training as needed prior to participating in the project.

Refresher Training: You shall maintain and update your knowledge by participating in refresher training every X weeks/days without any compensation, as a prerequisite for continuing their services with PTW.

Work Schedule: Your work schedule will be flexible, with shifts made available for your selection according to your preference. This role is an individual contributor with a focus on analyzing technical complaints and providing first level support to both Internal and External staff worldwide.   

The team also provides access controls designed to enroll, update, delete and audit both Internal and External profiles for various Visa portals.

Responsibilities

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a self-starter, hard-working, and dedicated team member to jump in and be a key part of our Client Experience team. 

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. Processes

The Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 team assists the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams. These experts are part of the technical leaders within the Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department (ADOS), providing regular feedback and updates on our client's issues with the product to both the internal ADOS Technical Support team and internal stakeholders. ●  Assist in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Business Units.
●  Align with the CLIENT’s product and project manager(s) on the overall  business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines
●  Track and report project implementation progress to CLIENT’s project stakeholders per the agreed frequency
●  Manage the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented, including relevant lessons learned.
●  Facilitate user access to internal tools as part of dev / test logistics.  Coordination with both business and technical stakeholders, as needed, from project initiation to execution.
● Facilitate Product Release Management activities (Promo to Prod) in coordination with Business Units and CLIENT’s project stakeholders
● Secure stakeholder approvals for promotion from one project stage to another
● Create and update risk registry
● Monitor and manage all project dependencies and ensure scheduled and commitment dates are met

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT support and service desk operations for our local office and ensuring our team is providing an efficient and effective service to our internal users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:
