About the role:

• Prepares distinct action plans in line with the overall business and sales strategies to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business

Job Description

As a Talent Management Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, focusing on leadership development, learning, and career development, as well as performance management. You will also play a critical role in recruitment marketing and building strategic partnerships with academic institutions to attract and nurture future data center talents like interns or cadet programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework that aligns with our business objectives and industry standards.

• Oversee the learning and development initiatives, ensuring they are effective, relevant, and aligned with career progression paths.

• Drive the performance management process, integrating it seamlessly with our talent development strategy.

• Spearhead recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand, particularly within academic environments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to develop a pipeline of future talent for internships and graduate programs.

• Use data analytics to measure the impact of talent management initiatives and to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

• Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation in talent management practices.

• Provide strategic oversight for career development programs to ensure they meet the needs of both the employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any related fied of study

• Proven experience in Talent Management, particularly within the technology or data center sector.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead strategic initiatives across the organization.

• Proficiency in data analytics with experience in using insights to drive talent strategies.

• Deep knowledge of leadership development, performance management systems, and learning and development best practices.

• Experience in building and maintaining academic partnerships and in designing programs for early-career talent.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.
• Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency • Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
