The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer reports to the Manila-based Senior M&E Manager and is responsible for coordinating monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities under the award in the O2 implementation sites. Essential Functions

The Youth Development Officer under the supervision of the Youth Development Coordinator will lead the establishment and provision of capacity-strengthening interventions to ensure sustainability of youth networks in the city. • Working closely with the Youth Development Coordinator, support the planning and implementation of city/municipal youth network launch activities; establish partnerships with Mayors and LGU officials; and facilitate the formation of youth network
• In coordination with the Master Trainers, lead the establishment of, provision of capacity-strengthening activities, mentorship, guidance and technical support to youth networks and local youth leaders, specifically SK Federation officials and SK Barangay officials.
• Provide technical assistance and facilitating logistical support for EDC-led training/workshops for  youth network; and other capacity-strengthening activities for city/municipal youth alliances including youth service providers;
•  Provide technical and logistical support for learning and dissemination events and annual youth summits, youth civic engagement activities, and other capacity-building activities for city/municipal youth alliances including youth service providers. 
• Lead the provision of programmatic and logistical assistance to the Youth Community Grantees (youth service providers) to ensure they use a holistic lens when conducting outreach to the private sector, youth-serving organizations and training providers, through EDC-led training/workshops for YDA and youth network; and other capacity-building activities for city/municipal youth alliances including youth service providers.
• Provide programmatic and logistical assistance to the YDC for the training of all stakeholders involved in the YDAs to understand, implement and measure progress against a holistic approach.
• Provide assistance and logistical support to the YDA for the implementation of community mappings within their region including the LGU representatives, the DepEd ALS and TESDA, universities and TVET institutions, community-based organizations (CBOs), associations of entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce, representatives of parents’ associations, and other education stakeholders.   
• Support the Youth Development Coordinator in the conduct of learning and dissemination events and annual youth development alliance summits, transition activities, and other capacity-strengthening activities for city/municipal youth development alliances including other city/municipal partners.
• Support the Youth Technical Lead and Youth Development Team Leader, and other function team heads in the conduct of learning and dissemination events and annual summits for youth development alliances and other partners.

II. External Relations

• Serve as the alternate Opportunity 2.0 liaison with city/municipal LGU officials, and other local partners in his/her area of responsibility to ensure close collaboration in all aspects of Opportunity 2.0 technical programming.

• Providing technical inputs in relation to youth leadership and engagement, for partner and technical working group meetings; planning and implementation meetings, and the like;

• Oversee the creation of training materials, resources, and curriculum to support various learning modalities

Leadership Development

• Create and manage leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership skills at all levels within the organization
• Provide coaching and mentorship to executives and leaders to support their professional growth

Employee Training

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, workshops, micro-learning videos, gamification and on-the-job training, to accommodate diverse learning styles

Performance Management

• Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives into the performance management process
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements

Technology Integration

• Stay abreast of learning and development technologies, assess and implement relevant tools to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness

Content Development and Hypermedia 

• Manage the Content Development and Hypermedia teams by providing guidance and direction for both client and internal projects which include but is not limited to creation of training and branding materials
• Ensure delivery of work is completed within SLAs and deadlines

Budget Management

• Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising program quality

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure that all learning and development programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Generate regular reports to assess the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives

As Learning & Development Director, You Have…

• MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Work From Cyber Park Tower 1 Office (Full-Time) but may be asked to report to other Philippine sites as needed
• Flexible Schedule - Majorly night shift (8 p.m. to 5 a.m. MNL) and may change depending on business requirements
• Proven experience in a senior learning and development role, preferably at a managerial or Director level
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the latest learning technologies and trends
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive Birdeye forward by generating and qualifying a high-quality pipeline for our SMB or Mid-Market team. Sitting at the top of our sales funnel, you will have the opportunity to create a great first impression for prospective clients and effectively articulate the value proposition of Birdeye. By using strategic research and a technology suite, you will identify, nurture and qualify new leads to generate well researched, qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. You will be a part of a collaborative sales culture dedicated to innovation and the development of its team members, while maintaining a fun and rewarding atmosphere. As a valuable contributor to the SDR team, you will have growth opportunities into upper sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Create a lasting and positive first impression of Birdeye for our prospects
• Become an expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who asks (or who doesn’t ask)
• Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
• Partner with our account executive team to help generate meetings, build sales pipeline and drive deals
• Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
• Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce
• Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts
• Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS sales environment
• Drive to succeed and be promoted
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
