ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The primary responsibility of the Facilitator is to provide training on leadership, professional skills, and culture. In addition, the facilitator will be involved in project work related to learning and development as needed.
        
Tasks
• Facilitates leadership, professional skills and culture content to employees at all levels in the organization.
• Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results.
• Helps the organization improve overall performance/effectiveness/communication management by developing people skills and providing learning opportunities.
• Identifies new development topics and methods through benchmarking, networking, participating in conferences, workshops, programs and researching best practices.

• Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
• Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Often responsible for leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
• Provide translation assistance for learning programs as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
• 6 – 8 years of related experience in Leadership, Professional Skills and/or Culture Training. With a Master’s Degree, 3 years of experience required.
• Fluent in English required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus.
• Strong background within education, training or organization development required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness as a performance consultant, training and development specialist, and instructional designer.

1. Project Planning, Scoping, Contracting and Implementation

Performs a wide range of support and facilitation functions to help accomplish project development activities from project scoping to project implementation, such as

• Leverage sales technology (sales automation platforms, CRM, etc.) to execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and other channels of communication

• Execute prospecting activities on the list of active, inactive, and potential customers

About the Role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts of agency meetings, leaders’ meetings, performance review meetings, business planning, career orientation programs, training programs, management programs, and planning sessions as required by the sector and agencies under the sector.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
