About the role: 
As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.

About the role:
In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. • Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.

• Interface with customers to keep the project on track, address any issues that arise during the project life cycle and deliver the project on-time.

• Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions.

What you will need:

• At least 3-5 years of solid experience in IT Software Implementation Projects for Capital Markets.

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills

• Skill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely differing viewpoints
