Position: Executive Assistant

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Holidays: Philippine holidays

Pay Range: $1,000-$1,400 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive schedules
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and organize electronic files
• Assist with project management tasks as needed
• Assist with data entry

• At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and triage every email, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
• Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for the executive
