Overall Purpose: Fulfil the day-to-day electrical / I&C maintenance activities at the power plant. Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum work experience: 3 years of total operation experience with progressive experience on maintenance of a power generating plant.

• AWS Certified
• Knowledge of building, deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications utilizing a cloud provider (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
• Strong communication, documentation, and writing skills

Equipment Requirements:

• Dedicated and quiet workroom with good lighting for conducting business calls.
• Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication. 
• A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
• Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
• Webcam for video conferences and virtual meetings.

Salary: P50,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Shift: Mid (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT)

What are we looking for?

Skills required:

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support Engineer role
• Skilled in supporting Microsoft Technologies (O365, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)
• Windows and/or Linux server administration experience, and virtual machines
• Networking Experience (Cisco, Mikrotik, Draytek)
• Storage and Backup

What will you do?

• The position available is to become a 1st or 2nd line IT support engineer.
• You will be predominately servicing client needs over the telephone or via remote control software.
• You will report to the helpdesk team leader and be responsible for managing your own ticket queue ensuring all support issues are dealt with professionally and within SLA.
