MedCore Solutions is immediately in need of Permanent Work from Home Instructional Designer. As an Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate it into effective instructional materials. You will design and develop engaging and interactive learning content using various instructional design methodologies and tools. You will also create clear and concise instructional documents, such as training manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules. Additionally, you will ensure that instructional materials meet learning objectives and promote effective knowledge transfer. You will revise and update instructional materials as necessary to reflect changes in processes, procedures, or best practices. Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of instructional materials will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate it into effective instructional materials
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning content using various instructional design methodologies and tools
- Create clear and concise instructional documents, such as training manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Ensure that instructional materials meet learning objectives and promote effective knowledge transfer
- Revise and update instructional materials as necessary to reflect changes in processes, procedures, or best practices
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of instructional materials
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructional Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:
- BS, MS, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or related field or equivalent exp
- Experience as a classroom instructor, teaching or administrator’s license a plus
- Previous experience in instructional design
