About the Role:

As a Backend Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications and API endpoints
• Debugging WordPress UI/UX for responsiveness & interface bugs/ errors
• Taking our UI/UX designer's figma layout and building out the pages
• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement and integrate user-facing features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Conduct testing and debugging of backend applications
• Document code and maintain technical specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Proven 2+ years experience as a Backend Web Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Bootstrap, Next.js or React
• Experience working with Webhook / API Development
• Experience with WordPress
• Knowledge of Divi Builder (be familiar with ANY wordpress GUI block  editor as well if needed)
• Familiarity with CSS, HTML, Github
• Understanding of web application security principles
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Create compelling email marketing templates

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and web design principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
