Duties and Responsibilities:

City Beauty is currently looking for a talented Video Editor to join our expanding team. This is a full-time remote position and you will work with the creative team.

• Editing Infomercials or Video Sales Letters
• Creating Performance Creative/Advertisement
• Color Correcting Video Files

• At least 2 years of video editing experience
• Advanced experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Prior experience with Performance Creative/Advertisement required
• Reliable internet connection (to upload 20-minute video files)
• Reliable computer capabilities (must be able to export large, 20-minute video files)
• Experience Editing Infomercials or Video Sales Letters a plus
• Color Correction Experience a plus
• Must work Pacific Hours

The company is currently seeking a full-time Video Editor to assist with long-form educational video editing and cutting, as well as short video reels. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling large downloads, temporary storage of files, and uploading them back to our server or linked cloud shared file.

Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Edit and cut long-form educational videos and short video reels
• Download and store large files temporarily
• Upload files back to server or linked cloud shared file
• Implement advanced cuts, transitions, and dynamic texts
• Perform color correction and grading
• Enhance audio and conduct dynamic sound design

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop would be a bonus but is not required
• Demonstrated ability to handle large downloads and store files temporarily
• Proven experience in advanced cuts, transitions, and dynamic texts
• Proficiency in color correction, grading, audio enhancement, and dynamic sound design

About the Role:

We are seeking a YouTube video editor who can seamlessly jump into the role and demonstrate immediate effectiveness. The client operates within the fitness niche.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit raw footage and produce high-quality videos according to the director's vision
• Work closely with the creative team to understand project scope and requirements
• Utilize video editing software to add special effects, graphics, and sound enhancements
• Transform various types of footage into cohesive and engaging visual stories
• Collaborate with the director, producers, and other team members to ensure a smooth editing process
• Review and provide feedback on edits to ensure the final product meets the required specifications
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and project files for future reference

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Editing Tools: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing a variety of video editing tools.
