Since the birth of Friendlysoft Technology, Inc. in 2010, as a sister company and satellite office to Excellentflow Management Solutions Inc. based in California, our main objective is to provide essential support and innovative software advancements to keep both companies moving forward into the future. FST Inc. is currently composed of four departments: Programming, Billing, Research and Contracting. Our Programming Department, works closely together in pioneering unique methods to develop a user-friendly practice management and electronic health software to assist doctors and healthcare providers in the care of their patients. The Research team partners directly with the programming department to diligently ensure all information is up-to-date, accurate and works to ensure all of our client’s IT needs are met. Our Billing Department is responsible for playing a vital role, by making sure our health providers are able to serve patients with the greatest of confidence knowing a team of the top, billers are processing medical claims on their behalf. FST Inc.’s Contracting team, works meticulously, to find clients the best rates, health care networks, and insurance carriers to sign up with, allowing our providers to help more patients.
