Responsibilities:
Operate amusement park rides safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
and guidelines.
Monitor ride safety and perform regular inspections to ensure equipment is
functioning correctly.
Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing questions, concerns, and
requests promptly and courteously.
Assist with park entry and ticketing processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming
experience for all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including ride stations, eating
areas, and restrooms.
Enforce park rules and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all guests
and team members.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events, promotions, and seasonal
activities.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive
team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
