Key Responsibilities:
The position reports directly to the IT Solution Management Head.
Responsible for the overall technical assessment, conceptual architecture design, solution sourcing and overseeing the implementation of the appropriate solution to support the project requirements aligned with the strategic goal of FPH and FGEN.
Analyzing an effective and suitable solution capabilities for FPH, FGEN and conglomerate organization. Determines the right technology solution for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Web Service Frontend, Facility Management (HR, IT, Operations tools) and Corporate Workplace solutions.
Identify areas of improvement of the EMS solution landscape and ensure technology version is up-to-date to leverage system capability and maintain its reliability.
Able to formulate an Enterprise Architecture Framework and drive development on technology innovation roadmap for Enterprise or Corporate Management System.
Able to communicate, drive and present to users the solution architecture framework to maintain partnership.
Candidate must be able to interface effectively and maintain partnership within internal IT, business users, subsidiaries and service/solution providers.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent course.Certification courses to specialize in particular software technologies are desirable but not a requirement.
5 to 10 years work experience.Strong domain experience on enterprise or corporate facing applications like ERP/SAP, Google Suites/Microsoft 365, Corporate Security System, Corporate Workplace Tools and Frontend UI.Experience on project management, scope delivery, time and cost management.Has a background in solution architecture or been a solution analyst.
Ability to manage various concurrent projects and priorities.
Skills:
Good business / system / process analysis.
Strong service orientation and business focus on the IT application systems.Has a good understanding of IT applications and technical environment.
Working knowledge on Cloud computing, network, security, frontend UI, backend system and integration.
Knowledge on software application related such as SAP, Web Service UI, Financial system, RDBMS Backend DB, Integration System, Workplace Tools..Knowledge on Cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritizes workloads which may include conflicting prioritiesGood written and verbal communication skills.
