- Offer professional guidance on skincare cosmetics hair care and other beauty items.
- Showcase product application and educate customers on the advantages and characteristics of our products.
- Establish and nurture strong customer bonds to generate repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Achieve or surpass sales goals and contribute to the overall expansion of the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends new products and competitor offerings.
- Engage in training initiatives and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience in the beauty industry is required
- Excellent understanding of beauty aesthetic products trends and techniques is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- A results-driven mindset and determination to meet and surpass sales targets is required
- Self-motivated enthusiastic and proactive work approach is expected
