This role is focused on providing outstanding support to our Finance & Business Solutions team. The Financial Analyst partners with the Regional Controller, Assistant Controller and Senior Invoicing Team Lead to ensure that the company maintains proactive reporting while also managing ad hoc reporting needs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
The Financial Analyst is accountable for collecting, monitoring, and assessing financial data. The Financial Analyst will be versed in analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; and making recommendations to management and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Work to streamline and automate processes of MSP and RPO programs in APAC
- Ability to navigate easily through AGS Invoicing systems and collaborate with Invoicing partners
- Prepare, organize, and summarize Ad-Hoc reporting for the Director of Financial Operations, Regional Controllers, Assistant Controllers and Senior Invoicing Team Lead, in addition to stakeholders
- Foster an environment of motivation and personal ownership for and with team members
- Perform and improve critical invoicing processes for selected AGS customers
- Define and implement technical standards and procedures across supported programs for invoicing and payment
- Collaborate with the AGS implementation team to define and implement invoice integration solutions, when needed
- Provide support for resolving technical issues with integrations and invoice reconciliation
- Perform situation analysis and make recommendations for problem-solving
- Conceive solutions, build consensus, and advocate/execute solutions
- Other related core or ad hoc tasks agreed upon by the analyst and the stakeholders
