Responsibilities
- Perform investment tracking, AP, reimbursements, bookkeeping and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with outside auditors and tax accountants to support their work.
- Organize catalog and gather documents from investments
- Ensure to pay vendors and maintain investment register
- Download and review statements monthly
- Coordinate with outside tax firm to gather documents requested
- Oversee receipt collection and gather tax reporting from spin offs
- Review transactions for errors or overspending
- At least 3 years of relevant experience to the role
- Highly comfortable with digital tools and distributed team.
- Must have strong Quickbooks Online experience
- Familiarity with Brex, Mercury is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Experience in bookkeeping, financial reports, and projections
