LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor
Work Hours: M-F; Flexible (overlap at least 2 hours between 9am-5pm EST)
Salary: 900-1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Properly code invoices of the proper expense lines, proper financial account display, statement accounts and make sure they get routers for approvals appropriately in the system.
- Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and other Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
Ideal:
- Experienced in using ERP Systems, Sage, and Concur is a plus.
