Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to determine the product objectives and requirements.
- Design and develop prototypes, from wireframes and sketches to high-fidelity designs.
- Use your expertise in user experience (UX) research to evaluate and optimize product designs.
- Work with the front-end development team to ensure that product designs are implemented correctly.
- Develop and maintain visual designs that are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on design progress and product workflows.
- Conduct user testing to obtain feedback for design optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or another related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on product design experience.
- Skills and experience in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Knowledge of modern design tools and design systems (Figma and/or Miro).
- Strong ability to balance user experience with brand objectives when designing.
- Capability to use constructive feedback and apply it to improve design quality and demonstrate creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies.
