- Performs Field Visits as scheduled by the Underwriting Supervisor and as requested by the Collections supervisor.
- Interviews customers, their family members and related parties.
- Collaborates with market/community experts/seniors regarding the customer reputation.
- Follows up with customers for due collections
- Does skip tracing for not contactable clients; to obtain and verify any latest contact information from the customer/ family members or anyone know who knows the customer.
- Executes area/market survey for opening up new areas
- Indicates the abnormalities of the premises on the report for updating in the Underwriting system and collection system.
- Ensures that all scheduled field visits are done and returned on time to comply with the banking's SLA
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must be a licensed driver able to drive two and four-wheel vehicles
- Requires at least 2 years of experience as a Field Investigator/Collections
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail .
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with local topography and open to travel.
- Photography and computer skills.
- Ability to write detailed reports.
