1. Responsible for the legal and compliant operation of the warehouse, including but not limited to obtaining complete business licenses required by the government and updating them in a timely manner to ensure that the behavior of the business premises and employees complies with the legality and safety requirements of the government departments;
2. Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training and daily management of warehouse employees;
3. Responsible for the safe storage and use of warehouse equipment, facilities, materials, and cash, as well as daily maintenance and upkeep;
4. Responsible for optimizing warehouse work processes and improving warehouse work efficiency based on the principles of safe operations;
5. Responsible for the development and expansion of supplier resources;
6. Responsible for allocating, using, and managing warehouse manpower and material resources to achieve the KPI goals assigned by the company;
7. Responsible for warehouse operation statistical statements and reports
1/ At least 3 years working experience as a warehouse manager
2/ Good at team and employee management
3/ Excellent ability to use office software and report
4/ Those with experience in the logistics industry are preferred
5/ Those who can speak Chinese and Hokkien are preferred
