- Support the company’s overarching Operations program with ad hoc projects assigned to keep
- Administrative tasks related to the company’s residential and in-home programs, e.g. management of residential invoices/expenses, processing of administrative paperwork as required,
- Maintain company folders and employee documentation,
- Management of project management trackers, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of individuals’ information and records (HIPAA),
- Coordinate bookkeeping tasks:
- Tracking the daily bank activities in Quickbooks/Quicken
- Tracking vehicle expenses in Quickbooks
- Paying bills
- Handling the paperwork for car purchases and sales
- Office management
- Scheduling travel
- Running office activity reports
- Telephone work
