  • Support the company’s overarching Operations program with ad hoc projects assigned to keep
  • Administrative tasks related to the company’s residential and in-home programs, e.g. management of residential invoices/expenses, processing of administrative paperwork as required,
  • Maintain company folders and employee documentation,
  • Management of project management trackers, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of individuals’ information and records (HIPAA),
  • Coordinate bookkeeping tasks:
  • Tracking the daily bank activities in Quickbooks/Quicken
  • Tracking vehicle expenses in Quickbooks
  • Paying bills
  • Handling the paperwork for car purchases and sales
  • Office management
  • Scheduling travel
  • Running office activity reports
  • Telephone work
